  1. How do I register for a Web account?
    Click 'apply for an account' button on the left-hand side of the website, follow the simple instructions. We then check you are a trade customer and when this decision has been made we will email you with our confirmation. Once your account has been activated you can then purchase from our website with a credit or debit card.

  2. How do I apply for a credit account?
    Click the 'apply for credit account' button on the left-hand side of the website. Download and complete the credit application form and fax it back to 01273 471059, or alternatively you can send it via post to: Owl Visual Limited, FREEPOST NC417, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4BR. Our credit team will then contact you. Once your account has been activated you can then purchase from our website using your credit account.

  3. Why do plasma displays not show a delivery charge?
    Delivery charges for some products need to be negotiated on a case by case basis, we will contact you where required.
